Our maintenance retainer package starts at $500 per month for 5 hours of service. We will let you know once the allocated hours are exhausted and we can bill the additional hours at the end of the month.
The minimum commitment period for this service is 3 months. After the initial 3-month period, the service can be cancelled or renewed on a monthly basis.
We do not have a set Service Level Agreement (SLA) in place as we rely on third-party systems such as Shopify and apps to provide the best service to our customers. However, our team is dedicated to providing the best support and ensuring the smooth operation of your website. We guarantee an initial response time of 4 business hours
Our maintenance package only covers one website per contract. Our package does not include full website design/ development or new logo design, as these services are quoted and billed as a flat fee. If you require a new website or logo designed from scratch, please let us know and we will provide you with a separate quote for these services.
We do not typically offer one-off support for Shopify maintenance, however, there may be some flexibility in certain cases. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs and we will do our best to accommodate them.
