This Sydney-based wellness brand had a solid product range — healthy snacks and treats sold across Australia. But their Shopify store wasn’t doing their products justice. The site felt dated, the shopping experience was clunky on mobile, and conversion rates were sitting below where they should have been given the brand’s strong social media presence.
They approached HHP Design to revamp the store with a new theme that would better represent the brand, improve the customer journey, and ultimately drive more sales.
Strategy & Process
Our approach centred on three priorities:
- Improving the visual presentation of products so they would immediately appeal to health-conscious buyers
- Streamlining the path to purchase — fewer clicks, clearer calls to action, and a smoother mobile experience
- Organising collections in a way that made it easy for customers to find what they were looking for
We selected and customised a new Shopify theme that aligned with the brand’s identity — clean, fresh, and modern. Product pages were redesigned to highlight key benefits and photography, while the collection structure was restructured to match how customers actually browse (by product type and dietary need).
Results
What this project proves
A Shopify theme revamp isn’t just a cosmetic upgrade — it’s a commercial decision. By addressing the user experience from the moment someone lands on the site to the moment they check out, we were able to convert a much higher proportion of the store’s existing traffic while also attracting more visitors overall.
